1- What is Prolog? Prolog (Programming in Logic) is a high-level programming language primarily used for artificial intelligence (AI) and computational linguistics . Unlike procedural programming languages such as C or Python, Prolog is based on logic programming , which is a form of declarative programming. In Prolog, you define facts , rules , and queries to represent knowledge, and the system derives solutions based on logical reasoning. Prolog is unique because it focuses on what is to be done, not how it is to be done. You express knowledge using logical statements, and the Prolog interpreter uses these to infer answers through its built-in reasoning engine (using backtracking and unification ). What is Artificial Intelligence (AI)? Artificial Intelligence (AI) refers to the simulation of human intelligence processes by machines, especially computer systems. It involves creating algorithms and models that enable computers to perform tasks typically requiring human-like i...

HOW WE GET OIL FROM THE SEA?

Oil forming

Oil can get trapped in pockets underground such as where the rocks are folded into an umbrella shape.Oil and gas can move through the porous rocks. When they met a layer of cap (a rock with no spaces between the grains) the oil and gas are trapped.A well is drilled so that the crude oil and other liquids travel up the bore hole. When it comes to the surface the crude oil has to be moved closer to where it is needed. The liquids found underground can be a complicated mixture of water, crude oil and gas.The crude oil and gas gas need to be separated before they can be transported safely.

WHAT IS MEAN BY HYDROELECTRICITY?

Hydroelectricity

The water is held behind a dam, forming an artificial lake, or reservoir. The force of the water being released from the reservoir through the dam spins the blades of a giant turbine. The turbine is connected to the generator that makes electricity as it spins. After passing the turbine, the water flows back Into the river on the other side of the dam. Hydroelectricity cause less pollution. For example of this is the plant at Niagara Falls.

HOW COAL IS FORMED?

Coal forming

Coil is non-renewable energy source because it takes millions of year to form. The energy in coal comes from energy that was stored in giant plants that lived hundreds of millions years ago in swamp forest, even before the dinosaurs. When
these giant plants and ferns died, they formed layers at the bottom of the swamps. What and dirt began to pile up on top of the dead plant remains. Over thousands of years pressure and heat would build up on the top of the plants remains, undergoing chemical and physical changes and pushing out the oxygen, turning these remains into what we call coal.

HOW DO WE USE SOLAR HEAT?

Solar heat

Solar energy---power from the sun---is q vast and inexhaustible resource. This solar heat we can use for many purposes by collecting it with different collectors. We use this solar heat for water heating, space heating, and space cooling. For example water inside the copper tubing in a solar panel carried a hot water cylinder to be stored for later use. It is specially use in those area where enough solar heat.

HOW WE GET ELECTRICITY TO OUR HOMES?

Electricity forming

Electricity is made at a power plant by huge generators. Most power plants use coal, but some use natural gas, water or even wind. The current sent through transformers to increase the voltage to push the power long distances. The electrical charge goes through high-voltage transmission lines that stretch across the country. It reaches a substation, where the voltage is lowered so it can be sent on smaller power lines.
It travels through distribution lines to your neighbourhood, where smaller pole-top transformers reduce the voltage again to take the power safe to use in our homes.

HOW CAN WE GET ATOMIC ENERGY?

Atomic energy

Energy carried by atoms is called atomic energy. This process known as fission, which occurs in a nuclear reactor and produces energy usually in the form of heat. In a nuclear power plant, this heat is used to boil water in order to produce steam that can be used to drive large turbines or used to generate electricity in a nuclear power station. For example, particles of uranium are placed inside the reactor. Water is pumped through reactor under pressure. Steam generated is used to boil. This steam then fed to a turbine which rotate it and produce electricity.

Fun Facts:-

The word energy comes from the Greek word energeia.

Approximately 30% of energy used in buildings is used inefficiently or unnecessarily.

Active solar heating systems are actually most cost-effective in cold climates that have good solar resources.
